(Ele incrementou seu veículo com itens únicos, como seu amigo Phil, um esqueleto em um caixão que anda na parte de trás.)

azedo como o vinagre - Diz-se de algo ou alguém azedo e desagradável. (As sour). ✰ "While not as sour as vinegar or lemon juice, buttermilk contributes a subtle tang that gives your palate a break from that sugar and fat." (Jampel, 2019). (Embora não seja tão azedo quanto o vinagre ou o suco de limão, o leitelho contribui com um sabor sutil que dá ao seu paladar uma pausa do açúcar e da gordura.)

Criança mimada, criança estragada / Criança muito acariciada nunca foi bem educada. - (prov.) Frase alusiva à punição corporal que às vezes é/era aplicada às crianças para induzi-las à obediência e à mudança de corportamento, através da famosa "varinha", do cinto etc. (Spare the rod). Aparentemente, esta expressão tem origem bíblica:

Quem poupa a vara odeia seu filho; quem o ama, castiga-o na hora precisa. (Provérbios 13:24).

Atualmente, a prática de bater em crianças, sob qualquer pretexto, é considerada ilegal em muitos países. No Brasil, o Artigo 136 do Decreto Lei nº 2.848 (1940) prevê pena de detenção de dois meses a um ano, ou multa. Se o fato resultar em lesão corporal grave ou morte, a pena é de reclusão e pode ser de um a quatro anos, ou quatro a doze anos, respectivamente. (Artigo 136).

(Silverman). (Em 2003, na véspera da guerra com o Iraque, a vocalista Natalie Maines falou o que pensava em um show em Londres, causando um enorme recuo contra a banda feminina mais vendida de todos os tempos.)
